Tom is the drummer for the group. He is married to Elsie and has two daughters and four beautiful granddaughters.

He lives on Lake Murray where he enjoys all water activities. Tom has been in the insurance business for 34 years. He is a graduate of Eau Claire high school and the University of SC.  He and Elsie are avid gamecock fans.

Tom was with Second Nature, another local variety band, for ten years prior to getting back with the Epics.
